Shipping policy

Naturelle Home & Body Care has two pickup locations. Orders can be picked up in Carleton Place, ON. or Aylmer, QC. Please select the desired pickup location at checkout. Please confirm a pickup time prior to picking up your order.  

Customers may choose to pay a standard shipping fee of $15.00 for express shipping within Ontario, or $20.00 for interprovincial shipping. All orders will be processed and shipped within three business days. 

All parcels will be shipped by Canada Post.
